Hey, I'm Grady.  I design intuitive and engaging eLearning experiences that simplify complex concepts, drive results, and support organizational success.

This training was created to address a real-world scenario for ADW Plumbing.  Utilizing SME knowledge, multimedia elements, job aids, demonstrations, and a replicatable process, this training equips technicians to accurately complete invoices per company policy, thereby increasing overall revenue for both the company and the technicians.

What People are Saying

"Grady doesn't just understand your organization's needs; he truly understands people.  He has an incredible ability to grasp how people think and learn, and he knows how to apply this understanding to his work.  What sets Grady apart is his gift for listening.  He takes the time to make sure he fully understands your goals and needs.  When you find someone who not only excels at what they do, but is also dedicated to helping you achieve your goals, it's a win for everyone."
